The International Conference on Mine Closure is a fixture on the calendars of many mining professionals, providing topical and high-quality papers and presentations on a range of topics of immediate interest and relevance.

In addition to exciting technical sessions and exhibitions, Mine closure features a series of half and full-day workshops. We invite the submission of workshop proposals preceding the main conference.

The conference workshops aim to emphasize emerging and current techniques and technologies applicable to mine closure and related to technical and business issues.
