All presenters/speakers must submit an abstract

Any number of abstracts can be submitted as a first author. However, only one author per paper (the presenter) is able to register as a presenting author. There is no limit to the number of submissions as co-author. The abstract should be written in English and limited to 300-500 words.
The abstract must be submitted using the template form provided below. Please select the preferred theme. The themes are listed here.

Alternatively, you can send via email with your first, last name, affiliation, country and contact information, including your email & phone number (indicate, your preferred time of day). Also, please indicate the preferred theme. The themes are listed here.

Presenting author

  • Do not submit an abstract on behalf of someone else. This ensures that the submission record is correct and the presenter receives important conference communications from the beginning of the process.
  • Please ensure that the person who will be making the presentation at the conference is listed as the “presenting author,” even if that person is not, e.g., the lead writer or researcher of the paper or project.
  • The presenting author must attend the conference and make the presentation in person.
